Steps to Reproduce
This issue has only occurred once and cannot be reliably reproduced. However, here is the sequence of events leading up to the error:
-
Creating and Organizing Cards:
- I was writing and creating cards within a Parent located in the Home section, with the parent open in the noteboard.
- The hierarchy extended down to grand-grand-children.
-
Identifying and Rearranging Out-of-Place Cards:
- After approximately three hours of writing, I noticed in the Outline that three cards were out of place.
- I used drag-and-drop to rearrange the cards, which included a couple of repetitions due to two mistakes.
-
Cutting Incorrect Connections:
- I “cut” the wrong connections—half from edit mode and half from the outline—resulting in a total of six connections being removed.
-
Encountering the Untitled Card:
- Upon reopening the Parent in the noteboard, I noticed an untitled card.
- This card was left untitled as a temporary note containing three lines and one link to another card, intended to prevent getting lost while adjusting connections.
-
Triggering the Fatal Error:
- When I clicked on the untitled note to review my annotations, the fatal error appeared.
- Attempts to access the note from any location result in the same error.
-
Troubleshooting Attempts:
- I tried logging out and using a fresh browser window (Arc browser), but the error persists.
- Regardless of the path taken to access the card, the error remains unchanged.
Screenshots / Screen Recording

For a while, the card has reappeared after logging in, but clicking on it triggers a dialog box displaying the error with two options: Back or Logout. Now the dialog is permanent.
